HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Update and manage product listings, specifications, pricing, and technical documents on the website. Ensure data accuracy for industrial SKUs, including compatibility, dimensions, part numbers, and certifications. Collaborate with sales and product teams to launch new products and promotions online. Optimize website usability and search features to help industrial customers find products efficiently. Support integration with ERP systems, inventory databases, and shipping tools. Content creation using Chat GPT Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers. Manage digital imaging, ensuring high-quality product visuals for website and marketing use. Manage storefront accounts like Amazon, Ebay, and Walmart. Design marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, data sheets, product flyers, and catalogs. Create branded promotional items (e.g., giveaways, branded tools, packaging) for customer outreach and events. Work with external vendors to ensure timely production of printed and promotional materials. Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all marketing touchpoints. Track KPIs like website traffic, product page engagement, and conversion rates. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data insights. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent with 3 years of experience. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in an industrial or B2B setting. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce). Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva. Strong written and visual communication skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of HTML / CSS is a plus. Prior experience creating trade show materials or coordinating marketing assets is preferred.
