What You'll Do :

• Manage entire program lifecycle from contract turnover to final billing, using business program management systems
• Coordinate and negotiate all program elements including hotels, congress needs, DMC, air, and third-party contracts
• Develop comprehensive program itineraries and working agendas
• Conduct program debriefs and site inspections as needed
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, stakeholders and suppliers including regular status meetings to ensure program objectives are met
• Partner with IT, creative teams, and support departments to exceed client requirements
• Manage overall program budget, track expenses, and monitor financial performance; including review and audit of billing accuracy, monitoring foreign exchange rates and potential budget impacts
• Maintain accurate records and system inputs per policy
• Handle complex meetings and events with high confidentiality requirements
• Develop and maintain key client and supplier relationships. Demonstrate leadership and promote a positive team environment

What We're Looking For :

Location : United States

The US national base salary range for this position is from $60,200.00 - $111,800.00. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and / or company performance.
