The Menzies Aviation Passenger Service Resource Planner (Allocator) will have the responsibility to oversee operation manpower. This individual must have the ability to work under pressure assigning operational crews as required. The Passenger Service Resource Planner is responsible for overseeing personnel, take accountability for safety, resource management, operations standards, and communicate directly with Airport Customers as needed.
What you will be doing:
- Manage daily and real-time manpower allocation, coordinating closely with Timekeeper and assigning staff to flights.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational updates, flight information, and communication across teams and managers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security standards, monitor performance, report significant deficiencies, and recommend improvements to processes.
- Handle functional tasks, including flight close-out data entry, monitoring radio communication, and liaising with airline and airport stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Prior Passenger Service/Airline experience required
- Advanced computer skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, employment history, and Custom Seals
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
