Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part-time Evening and Weekend Server to work at Yankee Hill Village, located at 8401 South 33rd Street, Lincoln, NE 68516. Yankee Hill Village has 47 independent living, 59 assisted living and 16 memory support apartment homes. The schedule for this position will be one to two weekday evening shifts from 4 : 00pm to 7 : 00pm, plus Saturdays and Sundays (breakfast / lunch shifts or dinner shifts possible), for a total of 8 to 11 hours / week.  If your regular shift falls on a holiday, you will be required to work that day. This is a year-round position, so you will need to be available during the school year as well as during the summer break.

This position will pay up to $16.15 / hour (straight pay / no tips). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

As a Server you will take orders and serve food to residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner. Additional responsibilities of this job include setting-up the dining room and designated areas in the kitchen in anticipation of meals, and clearing tables, meeting diners’ needs, handling food safely, delivering food to apartments, and cleaning kitchen and dining areas.

Skills & Requirements

Previous food service experience preferred.

Minimum age of 14 years old required.
