We are looking for morning / night weekend shift coverage for our Rochester location! This position is opened to FULL weekend shifts or even just a few hours during the day / evening! Pay ranges from $20 / HR to $30 / HR with the addition of SUPPLEMENT PAY for last minute opened shifts!

As a Personal Care Assistant, PCA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :

Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

Provide personal care to clients as needed

Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts

Qualifications we are looking for :

Valid drivers license

A reliable vehicle to get to and from the client's residence

Someone who is kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and has good communication skills

Previous experience working in the health field

Physical requirements : Use of hands, wrists and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist and stoop

Area we serve :   Rochester.

Shifts vary in length from 1 hour up to 24 hours.
