- Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
- Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate lifting and transfer techniques.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Assist with meal service and feeding residents as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including changing linens, making beds, and tidying up resident living areas.
- Participate in resident activities and socialization opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and observations.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
