Looking for a nursing position that fits your schedule while still allowing you to make a real impact? At Sandy Health and Rehab, our part-time day shifts give you the flexibility you need while letting you provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Flexible Schedule: Part-time, Friday and Saturday (6 AM - 6 PM)
Weekend Balance: Just 1-2 weekend shifts per month
Career Growth: Nursing Tuition Reimbursement - up to $500/month toward further nursing education or repayment of past nursing education
Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians
Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition
Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressing changes, wound care, packs, and irrigations as necessary
Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents
Advocate for residents, ensuring other team members are delivering care according to resident care plans and personal wishes
Accurately complete required charting and documentation in a timely manner
Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support
Current RN license in good standing
Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
Willingness to learn and uphold long-term care regulations and standards
