Job Title : Weekend Supervisor RN

Location : Boca Raton, FL

Shift : Part-Time | Every Weekend, 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Salary : $40 – $44 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview :

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Weekend Supervisor RN in beautiful Boca Raton. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee weekend nursing operations to ensure exceptional patient care and smooth facility functioning. You will lead clinical activities, administer treatments, support patients and families, and guide staff with your expertise and compassionate leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer medications and treatments in compliance with facility policies and standards.

Provide clear and supportive education to patients and their families.

Lead participation in Quality Assurance and Infection Control initiatives.

Monitor, document, and report on patient conditions and progress accurately.

Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently.

Interpret and communicate policies and procedures to staff, patients, and visitors.

Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Complete all administrative duties and reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of nursing management or supervisory experience.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently manage a team.

Comprehensive knowledge of nursing best practices, healthcare laws, and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient, tactful, and cheerful approach.

Ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.

Clear communication skills to effectively convey resident conditions and care needs.
