Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for an electrical manufacturing company's Weekend Team Lead in Tualatin, OR 97062.
Shift : Saturday & Sunday 5 : 00 am-1 : 30 pm. Non-negotiable schedule requiring consistent and on-time attendance.
Pay Rate : $31 / hr paid every two weeks through Volt Workforce Solutions.
Duration : Up to 12 months contingent role through Volt Workforce Solutions, with precedent but NOT GUARANTEE of raises, transfers, promotions, or conversion to direct hire as early as three months in.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the performance of a / several process(es) through non-hierarchical animation of teams.
- Aligns resources with needs within short term horizon, executes trainings where necessary for successful execution of standardized work, leads short interval management at line / process level, formulates / escalates issues where necessary.trong contributor to continuous improvement
