Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

1. Perform structural welding using FCAW process in all positions (flat, vertical, horizontal, overhead)

2. Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings

3. Fit-up and tack structural members per drawings and specifications

4. Use cutting torches, grinders, and other tools to prep and finish welds

5. Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure quality and compliance

6. Follow proper safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

7. Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards

Requirements :

1. 2+ years of structural welding experience required

2. Proficient in Flux-Core (FCAW) welding on structural steel

3. Ability to pass a 3G / 4G FCAW weld test

4. Familiarity with AWS D1.1 welding code preferred

5. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in elevated or confined areas if needed

6. Reliable transportation and ability to work overtime when required
