OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!Schedule : Mon–Fri | 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Pay : $25–$32 / hr DOE Who We Are Our client is committed to innovation, producing rugged and reliable grinding, screening, and conveying equipment—either as individual components or as the core of fully customized, engineered systems. What You’ll Do The Fitter Fabricator will construct, position, align, fit, and assemble machine or mechanical parts of metal products in accordance with company specifications. Responsibilities • Fit and fabricate large grinding, sizing, and material handling equipment

  • Maintain tight tolerances without the use of fixtures
  • Safely move materials using overhead cranes, jib cranes, and forklifts as needed
  • Perform hard wire and flux core welding
  • Apply welding expertise and best practices across varying conditions and requirements Must-Have Qualifications • 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing shop experience
  • Able to operate forklifts safely and knowledgeable in rigging and lifting large equipment in tight spaces
  • Experience operating overhead and jib cranes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop prints
  • Able to select appropriate welding wire and machine parameters for optimal weld strength and efficiency
  • Able to maintain tolerances for fabricated assemblies and inspect parts
  • Proficient with hand tools, including grinders
  • Must have basic tools required for the job
  • Basic math skills (fractions) for fabrication tasks
  • Basic computer skills for accurate time entry Preferred Skills
  • Experience building hydraulic lines, mounting hydraulic systems, and troubleshooting hydraulic performance issues
  • Experience in low-voltage electrical wiring and testing
