Job Title : Welder / FabricatorLocation : West HorndonSalary : £ - £ per dayJob Type : Full time, Self Employed - Monday to Friday is 7am to 4pmAbout Us : Blackburn & Co Ltd are a metal fabrication company, based in Essex, specialising in manufacturing and installation of all mild steel metalwork, such as staircases, handrails, balustrades, gates and bespoke fabrications.About the role : We are looking for a fabricator / welder who will work both in our workshop, based in West Horndon, Essex and onsite.Duties and Responsibilities : Predominantly welding - gaining and maintaining the required welding codesYou will be completing tasks related to architectural steelworkUnderstanding information prescribed within Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS)Carrying out all tasks to safety, quality and efficiency standardsNon welding activities forming, grinding, operating and fabricatingAbout you : Must have experience in reading drawings, fabrication and site work in various aspects of metalwork, ranging from balustrade, staircases to structural steelworkMust have a CSCS cardMust have their own welding mask and general hand toolsA self-motivated individualExcellent communication skillsPlease click the APPLY button to submit your CV for this roleCandidates with experience or relevant job titles of MIG Welding, Welders, Welding, Fabricator, Fabrication may also be considered.
