Job Description
The person in this position must meet the follow requirements :
- Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Must have good attendance
- Must be experienced in MIG & TIG welding (Certifications are preferred)
- Must be experienced with all types of Fabrication Machinery (Brakes, Shears, Spot Welders, Swaging and Beading Machines, Rollers, Iron Workers, Drill Presses and various hand tools)
- Must have the ability to read and interpret blue prints
- Use Critical Thinking when making decisions
- Must be able to prioritize work load and take direction as needed
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Willing to learn new skill sets and cross train in different job functions
- Maintain a neat and orderly work environment
- Have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Pass the welding test
