Role Summary
The Franchise Business Coach is responsible for providing assertive, franchisee-centered guidance that prepares and supports an increasingly diverse community of franchisees to grow expeditiously, exponentially, and responsibly. The focus of this position is to engage franchise owners to build a solid foundation in the core areas of the business model to include but not limited to operations, sales, marketing, customer service, customer relationship management software, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and continuously improve training programs to support successful franchise launches.
- Revise and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Partner proactively with Franchise Owners to strengthen operational execution and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Provide coaching, resources, and best practices that standardize processes across the network.
- Consult with franchisees on day-to-day operational issues, offering immediate solutions or helping develop action plans aligned with the franchise model.
- Use KPI dashboards and business intelligence tools to help Franchise Owners understand and manage their businesses through data.
- Analyze financial statements and performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and compliance concerns.
- Lead monthly performance calls with franchisees to review results, confirm KPI understanding, and guide improvements.
- Address compliance or performance issues as directed, recommending corrective actions where needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor, effectively consulting with and influencing seasoned business owners and leaders.
- Drive measurable performance improvements through strategic coaching and partnership.
- Support special projects and initiatives that further enhance franchisee training, growth, and overall network success.
- This role is in office in Denver, and requires up to 20% travel.
