What will you be doing as a Logistics Coordinator?
- Support Supply Chain Operations for the ITTS (Inventory Trouble Ticket System) Investigation team.
- Investigate & Resolve Issues related to carrier shipping, fraud, warehouse discrepancies, and more.
- Collaborate with 3rd party warehouses, carriers , and internal teams (Supply Chain, IT) to resolve fraudulent claims and systemic challenges.
- Ensure daily service level commitments , resolving an average of 80 tickets per day with accuracy and speed.
