About the Role :

As a Wellness Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. This position involves :

Supervising care staff and providing direct nursing care as needed.

Administering medications and assisting with treatments, procedures, and documentation.

Monitoring resident health changes and coordinating care with physicians and families.

Assisting with move-ins and fostering an active, independent lifestyle for residents.

Leading and mentoring team members to provide the best possible care.

Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For :

Current nursing license in the state of employment.

At least one year of nursing experience (senior living or dementia care preferred).

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

A compassionate and caring nature, with a commitment to resident well-being.

Ability to observe and respond to resident needs effectively.
