Job description

Job Summary / Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a tri-jurisdictional organization seeking a Project Coordinator to support their internal health initiatives. If you bring knowledge in the health and fitness industry, experience with creating and executing programs, and bring excitement around promoting wellness, apply now!

This position does require to travel between several offices within the DMV as needed.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute marketing materials, maintain calendar of events, and schedule on site fitness programs
Create content and assist in building employee wellness program
Draft and proof communications, presentations, and marketing flyers
Create resources including guides, tip sheets, and videos to support achieving goals
Monitor program participation and feedback to determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate scheduling and logistics of fitness programs, classes, and seminars
Organize wellness challenges, health fairs, and other events
Conduct data analytics and reporting

Qualifications / Background Profile :

Experience or education in the health / fitness / nutrition industry required

1-3 years of project coordination or fitness / healthcare marketing

Degree in exercise science, nutrition, or related field preferred

Experience with wellness technology and data analytics preferred

Proficient with MS Office
