A day in the life.

As our Wellness Consultant on the Wellness team, you’ll be the driving force behind promoting a culture of health and well-being for our clients. You will maintain a client book of business, strategically manage wellness program objectives, and assist in developing and executing innovative wellness programs. Your role will involve creating engaging presentations and collateral, researching wellness vendors, and collaborating closely with your dedicated Wellness Coordinator to manage client projects. You’ll also work with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution and build strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :

• 2+ years of experience in Employee Benefits or wellness program management
• BA / BS in Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Physiology, or related health / wellness field, or hold an RN or PA-C credential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build personalized client relationships
• Experience in developing and executing wellness programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
