At Optimize Wellness & Aesthetics , our mission is to guide clients on long-term wellness journeys while delivering high-touch clinical services and aesthetics. We offer advanced IV therapy, medical-grade facials, injectables, hormone optimization, hair restoration, weight management, in a luxurious, client-focused setting.

We’re seeking a Patient and Marketing Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our brand while supporting both clinical, operational, and marketing needs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping a growing business deliver a seamless, world-class client experience and grow our community presence.

What You’ll Do

• Greet & Guide : Welcome clients warmly, check them in, and ensure their visit starts with a positive, polished experience.
• Lead & Marketing M anagement - Manage inbound lead follow-up and work with our marketing vendor on social strategy.
• Client Communication : Answer calls, confirm appointments, follow up with clients, and assist with scheduling.
• Support Operations : Handle payment processing, membership updates, and expired card follow-ups.
• Engage Online : Assist with social media posts and light content creation (Canva experience a plus).
• Track Performance : Report KPIs to ownership, monitor business metrics, and support inventory management.
• Event Support : Assist in planning and executing spa events and promotions.
• Cross-Location Support : Work at both our West Des Moines and Grimes locations, with occasional work-from-home projects (West Des Moines will be primary work location).
