Job Title : Antigen Manufacturing Technician

Joy type : Full-Time Contract

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Pay : $20 / hr

Job Description :

The antigen manufacturing operation is made up of teams that carry out the production activities for the preparation and sterilization of equipment, preparation and sterilization of media components, fermentation of bacterial antigens, and downstream processing of bacterial antigens. The SUB-Processing Department is responsible for key processing activities in the manufacture of antigens to be used in the blending of final vaccines. Department activities include cleaning, set up and sterilization of large scale equipment and the continuation of antigen batches required for final vaccine blending. This position will be focusing on both upstream and downstream processing of M Hyo. antigen that is labor intensive.

Requirements :

• HS Diploma or equivalent required, BS in Biology or related Science preferred.
• Relevant manufacturing experience (1-3 Years); Analytical, scientific, and mechanical trouble shooting skills;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Good computer skills; Strict attention to detail and safety; basis.
• Comprehensive understanding of aseptic process in daily activities.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds on an intermittent basis
