Job Description :
Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of our tier one applications including NetSuite, our Point-of-Sale system, and the API integrations between them. This position will be focused on supporting our organization with upgrades, enhancement / customization requests, and bug fixes for these systems. This role will ensure that data and transactions between systems is posted timely and accurately, working with our accounting and operations teams to identify any gaps or missing data, then resolve the issue. In this position, you would be responsible for identifying strategies and opportunities for the development of requirements and implementation of best in class processes within these systems. This role will manage a team of external resources from our vendors and work directly with our internal teams in accounting, merchandising, and store operations prioritizing requests and issues. This position requires strong analytical skills, workload prioritization and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication and a strong ability to manage external resources.
