Our client, a financial media firm, is looking to add an experienced people manager as the Head of Women's Summit to their team! The ideal candidate will be from the investment industry with an extensive network and understands the private markets sector. This role is responsible for the overall success of this team's portfolio and will represent the firm at events in the market.

• Some specific responsibilities include leveraging relationships within private markets to secure high-quality speakers and support growth, working closely with commercial to ensure the events deliver on client expectations, ensuring events are launched on time and goals are achieved, mentoring the content team, working with the operations team to ensure costs are managed effectively, and more.
• The qualified candidate will have proven experience an understanding in the private equity industry, experience working in private markets with a strong network of relationships, proven ability to manage a group of people and develop their skillsets, and possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
