Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro to oversee and lead functional testing across various modules, including Reporting, Scheduling,Employee Self-Service (ESS), Timekeeping, Attendance, Mobile and Personas. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of UKG Dataview, Reports, and Data Hub and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to drive quality assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Functional Testing Leadership :
- Lead the end-to-end functional testing efforts for UKG WFM Pro modules, ensuring comprehensive coverage across Reporting, Scheduling, ESS, Timekeeping, Mobile, Attendance, and Personas.
- Develop, execute, and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality against requirements.
Collaboration and Coordination :
UKG Expertise Application :
Quality Assurance Practices :
Establish and enforce QA best practices, including defect management, root cause analysis, and test environment management.
Monitor and report on testing progress, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Team Mentorship and Guidance :
Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Lead by example to ensure quality and efficiency in testing processes.
Qualifications and Skills :
Experience : Minimum 5-7 years in QA roles, with at least 3 years as a QA Lead in projects involving UKG WFM Pro.
UKG Knowledge : Proficiency in UKG Dataview, Reports, and Data Hub. Experience with WFM Pro modules, including Timekeeping, ESS, Attendance, and Personas, is essential.
Testing Tools : Hands-on experience with QA tools such as Test Assure,JIRA, Selenium, or equivalent automated test management tools.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
