In HR transformation and technology at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services related to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function and related technologies within organizations. You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, and provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models. As part of the Workforce Consulting team you are expected to understand end-to-end Workforce Management processes and their impact on HR and payroll. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while driving client engagement workstreams and delivering exceptional results. This role offers a unique chance to enhance your leadership skills, motivate your team, and leverage innovative technologies to transform Workforce Management practices.
Responsibilities include : supervise and develop teams in workforce management processes; analyze the impact of HR and payroll connections on operations; manage client accounts and secure quality service delivery; mentor team members to enhance their professional growth; identify and implement solutions to complex workforce challenges; uphold professional standards and compliance in every deliverable; foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
What you must have : Bachelor's Degree; at least 5 years of experience.
What sets you apart : Certification(s) preferred : Workforce Software, UKG Dimensions certified; understanding Workforce Management technology; implementing various technology solutions; leading implementation from requirements to go-live; identifying automation opportunities; engaging proactively with clients; preparing final drafts of client deliverables; managing stakeholder communications for buy-in and support; leading, coaching, and motivating team members.
