Restaurant Manager - Rochester, NY
Pay Range : $50,000-$55,000 / year
Adecco Search is recruiting a dynamic, results-driven Restaurant Manager for a vibrant restaurant in Rochester, NY . As the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent food preparation, cleanliness, efficiency, and upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
Manage inventory, place orders, and control food costs to maintain profitability.
Oversee restaurant equipment maintenance and troubleshoot as needed.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a motivated and high-performing team.
Create a positive, engaging work environment that reflects the brand's values and culture.
Schedule and manage shifts to ensure proper coverage.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team development.
Deliver exceptional service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
Lead by example in demonstrating hospitality and a customer-first mindset.
Monitor financial performance, analyzing sales, labor costs, and profitability.
Implement strategies to increase revenue, streamline operations, and manage expenses.
Support local marketing efforts and build lasting community relationships.
Job Requirements : High School Diploma.
2-4 years of leadership experience, ideally in the service industry.
Experience with financial management and Microsoft tools.
A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the team’s success.
