Office of Worship-Administrative Assistant
Reports to : Director of the Office of Worship
FLSA Status : Temporary Part-time, Non-exempt, 19 hours per week
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Administrative Assistant aids the Director of the Office of Worship in the implementation of the mission and vision for liturgical life throughout the Archdiocese of San Francisco. The Assistant is responsible for helping to organize and execute the training of ministers, planning and celebration of large liturgical events, general office work, and order management.
Major Responsibilities and Regular Activities
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating annual Liturgical Ministers' Training Sessions in the Fall
- Archdiocesan Liturgies :
Prepare directional signage
Assist in set up and clean up
Act as Hospitality Minister

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Hours needed : hours per week. Can be three full days a week or flexible.
Weekend work is common
Frequent driving throughout the Archdiocese
PAY RANGE : $$ per hour
