Job Summary : Uses the nursing process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes; works collaboratively with all other disciplines on assigned unit.

Requirements

Education and Technical Skills :

• Must have and maintain a valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Must have and maintain a valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensed in the state of Texas
• Preferred (not required) prior experience working with wound care patients.
• Prior experience with billing and coding preferred.
• Must obtain HBO certification in 6 months of hire.
