We're Hiring: Wound Care Nurse (RN)!

Location: Birch Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation, Tacoma, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

Salary: $36.00 - $49.22 / hour

What You’ll Do:

· Assess, monitor, and treat acute and chronic wounds, pressure injuries, and post-op sites

· Collaborate with IDT to develop individualized care plans

· Document treatments and outcomes thoroughly

· Educate staff and patients on wound prevention and care best practices

· Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

What You Bring:

· Current RN (WA)

· Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN, or willingness to obtain) preferred

· Skilled nursing experience a plus!

· Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

· Passion for patient care and a healing touch
