They should be comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal oversight. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can translate passion for the mission into written communication that resonates with diverse stakeholders.Applicants for the Managing Director of Grant Writing position at the company should have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in fundraising, grant writing, or a related field. Expertise in managing multiple projects and working with various teams is essential. The role demands a candidate who is adept at communicating complex concepts, is detail-oriented, and has a proven track record of compelling written communication. Experience with fundraising CRM systems is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the candidate should be willing to work occasional weekends or evenings.
