This role requires expertise in performing invasive diagnostic procedures under the guidance of a Radiologist, ensuring high-quality imaging while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for examinations, reviewing clinical data, setting up and operating imaging and physiological monitoring equipment, and assisting with complex procedures. You will manage sterile supplies and contrast media, uphold radiation safety principles, and maintain the integrity of imaging records within PACS and RIS systems. Furthermore, this position involves actively assessing patient condition throughout procedures and contributing to the training of new staff and students. Completing all required documentation accurately and adhering to department protocols are essential aspects of the job.

Desired Experience & Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Radiology Technologist with a focus on invasive imaging procedures
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
• Proficiency in operating imaging equipment and managing PACS and RIS systems
• Ability to follow detailed protocols and use independent judgment in clinical decision-making
• Excellent communication skills to explain procedures and reassure patients
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality assurance and patient care
• Capability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
