ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for a responsible and skilled Laborer to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of physically demanding tasks under supervision. This role requires dedication to completing tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO

As a Laborer at Cemex, your daily responsibilities will include :

• Safety Compliance : Strictly adhere to all Cemex and O.S.H.A. rules and regulations, always wearing proper safety equipment.
• Safety Standards : Strive to meet or exceed company safety standards.
• Excavation and Digging : Execute digging, excavating, trenching, and backfilling operations with precision.
• Facility Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Concrete Work : Construct and dismantle forms for concrete and assist with concrete and castable mixing and pouring.
• Minor Repairs : Engage in minor maintenance and repair activities, providing support where needed.
• Additional Duties : Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management.
• Physical Tasks : Perform various physical tasks including bending, squatting, stooping, sweeping, and shoveling.
