Log Yard Associate

Are you looking for a job that keeps you busy and where the day flies by? Independent Stave Company is looking for self-starters who can manage their time and help us accomplish the day-to-day tasks of waxing logs to help manage and preserve purchased log inventories at various locations or buying yards.

Typical Schedule : In this role, a typical day will start at 7 : 30 am and end between 3-4 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities :

• Travel to various buying yards to count, verify, and preserve purchased logs during the summer.
• May need to help or assist with log buyers with customers.
• Record various data onto appropriate log sheets.
• Ensure all logs have tags.
• Dedicated to all Safety rules and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
