Military OneSource is a comprehensive support service provided by the U.S. Department of Defense. It's designed to offer a wide range of resources and confidential help to service members and their families. This role will be responsible for providing behavioral health / non-medica, short-term, solution focused consultation directly to service and family members. Services are provided virtually (phone, video, chat). Services include brief counseling and consultation, action planning, referral to resources (assuring linkage as appropriate) and follow up as indicated.
The operating hours will be 5 : 00am to 9 : 00pm Pacific Time, seven days a week. Morning, afternoon and evening shifts available, weekend days may be required. Schedules are full time, 5 days a week for 8 hour shifts.
If you are licensed in California, you will have the flexibility to work remotely
- as you take on some tough challenges.

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
