Job descriptionLooking for availability Weekdays 9am - 3pm (Not all weekdays required) Must currently live in the Louisville area Must be able to coach in the Middletown area We provide our premier children's soccer experiences through 35-40 minute sessions at schools, childcare centers and park programs. We operate all year round (Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall) and assign classes over the course of a season. Training : Comprehensive paid training program covering Soccer Shots curriculum, coaching techniques, and best practices. Flexibility : Schedule based on availability, opportunities to change availability seasonally. Career Progression : Opportunities for advancement within the company. Fun : Active, enjoyable work environment where coaches are the smiling faces of the brand. Impact : Coaches make a significant difference in children's lives beyond the soccer field. Engage children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity. Arrive to classes on time, commit to the season length Conduct soccer sessions including setup and takedown. Lead groups of 10-12 kids for 35-40 minute classes Follow safety and attendance protocols. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
