About this opportunity :
Plans, implements, supervises members and evaluates activities provided within a specific program area, supporting the Red Shield priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship. May oversee special programs and / or events ( Keystone, Youth of the Year and Awards Programs), and / or participate in the implementation of other unit activities as necessary. In absence of the Program Coordinator; may provide supervision oversight to other Youth Development Professionals to ensure continuity of program services at unit / branch locations. Builds and maintains a professional relationship with all Club members and their families in order to help advance the mission of The Salvation Army.
What we are looking for in you :
- High School Diploma or
- previous work in related field with Children and Youth preferred
- Commitment to actively participate in a Professional Development Plan including Level II & Levell III Training which includes completion of 20 Credit .
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
