Key is seeking Youth Care Workers ( also known as “ Residential Caseworkers ”) to work together as a dynamic team in a small residential group homes in Worcester that serves up to nine (9) adolescents involved with the MA Department of Children & Families (DCF).

Wage / Salary & Benefits Include :

• Hourly wage : $24 per hour

• Bilingual salary differential depending on language.
• Hiring bonus of $3,000 to be paid in two installments : $1,500 after 3 months and $1,500 after 6 months of successful employment.

Responsibilities :

Youth Care Workers (Residential Caseworkers) work within a trauma informed system of care and develop supportive relationships with youth. They assist them to attain treatment plan goals and provide care for them in the areas of health, education, vocation, legal advocacy, and family advocacy. They coordinate clinical services, utilize community resources, maintain case management documentation, participate in community recreational activities with youth and establish aftercare plans.
