Job Summary : As a Logistics Specialist at JBF Express, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of shipments, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about logistics and transportation.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and managing delivery timelines.
Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Optimize transportation routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Assist in managing customs documentation and compliance for cross-border shipments.
Monitor and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
Familiarity with TMS (e.g., RoseRocket) and WMS systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred).
