This position plays a critical role in managing compliance-related data for air permits across both onshore and offshore oil and gas operations. With the current coordinator departing at the end of July, we are aiming to onboard a replacement quickly to allow for hands-on training and seamless knowledge transfer. Role Overview As an Environmental Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing environmental data and regulatory compliance reporting, ensuring our operations continue to meet all air permit conditions and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities : Support the management of multiple state and federal air permits for oil and gas facilities. Track, verify, and ensure compliance with permit conditions across various operations. Coordinate with field personnel and Responsible Officials to ensure data accuracy and document integrity. Prepare and submit key regulatory reports including : Excess Emissions & Permit Deviation Reports Facility Operating Reports (Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual) Annual Compliance Certifications Emission Inventory Reports and Greenhouse Gas Reports Triennial Emissions Inventories Draft and respond to information requests from ADEC and EPA. Assist with Off-Permit Change Notices and other compliance documentation. Maintain internal reporting systems and tracking spreadsheets. Ensure timely, complete, and accurate regulatory reporting. Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field. Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental data management, regulatory compliance, or air permitting. Strong understanding of regulatory and permit condition interpretation. Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking tools.
