In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Landscape Construction Supervisor based in our Baldwin Park, CA location.

General Responsibilities

The Landscape Construction Supervisor position will be responsible for the landscape design and installation of new store locations, as well as landscape upgrades for existing locations throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Colorado, Washington, New Mexico, Idaho and Tennessee. Approximately 80% of this individual's time will be spent in the field, performing such duties as meeting with subcontractors and reviewing store landscape installations, completing irrigation system checks, and developing plans for small improvement projects. Most field assignments are multi-day trips involving overnight stays and will vary throughout the year based on new store construction schedule.

Work Schedule + Benefits

• Full-time, Exempt
• Varying Hours, but typically : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm
• Travel : Approximately 80% of the Landscape Construction Supervisor's time is spent in the field; 20% of the time is spent in the office in Baldwin Park
• Overnight travel will be required
• Most assignments are day trips; however, assignments at distant locations may involve a one or two night hotel stay

• Pay Range is $86,850-$108,500
