Contract Recruitment Specialist

Position Overview :
Bray International, Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated Contract Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this high-profile role, you will support Bray's hiring needs across both corporate and manufacturing functions for our US operations. With your proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, excellent networking and relationship management skills, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to source, interview, and onboard top-tier talent.
This contract role will allow you to leverage your expertise while contributing to Bray's continued success. Your adaptability, enthusiasm, and drive for results will make you an essential part of Bray's mission to remain The High-Performance Company .
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities :
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for a variety of corporate and manufacturing positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
- Partner with the Senior Recruiting Lead and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop compelling job descriptions, and drive the recruitment process until a hiring decision is made and the new hire is onboarded.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage job postings, screen resumes, and track candidates through the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment vendors to expand and strengthen our talent pipeline, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Demonstrate flexibility and agility in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
