The ideal candidate :

• Has at least two years of experience in a kitchen and knows how to keep pace under pressure.
• Knows prep like the back of their hand and can turn out consistent dishes every time.
• Is eager to learn, and follows guidance from the kitchen supervisor without a second thought.
• Brings flexibility to the table—days, nights, weekends, you’re ready for action.
• Understands food safety inside and out—ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen clean and safe.

You’ll need to be ready for the physical side of the job too : lifting, bending, reaching. It’s part of the craft.
