Acknowledges customer and responds quickly to customer needs.# Telephone courtesy and patient confidentiality must be maintained at all times. When completing telephone calls or patient visitation, will refer to written scripts for appropriate greeting and content.# Answer questions within your scope of practice and refer other questions to the appropriate person. Will demonstrate a high level of customer service and hospitality over the phone. # QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED REQUIRED. Prior food service experience preferred. Related experience or education demonstrating knowledge of normal and modified diet and the Carbohydrate Counting and Protein Exchange Systems. Must have strong customer service skills; hospitality experience required. # $19.84 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS
