As a Junior Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping our customers achieve their business goals by effectively utilizing the Lucid Collaboration Suite. Your focus will be on maximizing customer investments while supporting strategic initiatives related to hybrid work, innovation, and agile methodologies. You will deliver tailored services to enhance product usage, improve user skills, and facilitate organizational change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders from customer organizations to conduct customized professional engagements on a global scale.
• Assist clients in optimizing their use of the Lucid Collaboration Suite to achieve essential business objectives.
• Provide unique insights that enhance and illustrate the value of Lucid's offerings.
• Maintain expertise in the Lucid Collaboration Suite and best practices in innovation, organizational agility, and digital transformation.
• Contribute to the creation of new service offerings while enhancing existing services.
• Promote the capabilities of our Professional Services organization through proactive customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a consultative role, either on a professional services team or in an enterprise setting.
• A BA or BS in a technical field, with a strong understanding of software delivery; a master's degree is preferred.
• Excellent engagement management skills, especially with executive stakeholders.
• Outstanding verbal and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas to varied audiences.
• Proven success in fostering customer relationships and aligning with shared success visions.
• A commitment to continuous learning and collaborative knowledge sharing.
• A genuine passion for enabling customer success.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous situations and derive structured outcomes from diverse stakeholder feedback.
• Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects and customer interactions.
• This role is hybrid, requiring in-person collaboration at our Raleigh office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in technical, engineering, or R&D roles within software/service-focused industries.
• Familiarity with large-scale deployments of productivity and collaboration software.
• Experience in SaaS environments, particularly with collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with global customers and drive measurable outcomes.
• Background in change management, process management, or enterprise architecture.
