CELESTE is looking for an experienced Line Cook to prepare and execute dishes to our quality standards. You’ll maintain a clean, organized station, work efficiently under pressure, and ensure every plate meets our taste, appearance, and temperature standards.
Responsibilities :
Cook and prep dishes following recipes and plating guides
Maintain proper cooking times, temperatures, and portion sizes
Keep station stocked, organized, and sanitized
Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
Communicate and work as a team to deliver smooth service
Requirements :
Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
Knowledge of food safety practices
Qualifications
Experience :
2 years of line cook or equivalent kitchen experience preferred.
Familiarity with various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Skills & Abilities :
Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changes in service needs.
Work Environment :
