Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, account inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with training new associates when required.
