Job Description : We are a headhunting firm seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant within the Construction sector to join our team. At Flowtec Group, you will be responsible for finding the right talent for our external clients. Your primary focus will be on recruitment and business development, Delivering top caliber candidates for our existing clients and growing your own desk as well. Responsibilities : Utilize various sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates for our clients' positions in Construction . Screen and interview potential candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for the role. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Write compelling job ads to attract top talent. Work closely with our Business Managers to understand our clients' needs and fill their positions quickly and effectively. Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including making job offers and negotiating salary packages. Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients. Requirements : At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Familiarity with recruitment software and databases. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when it comes to finding and attracting top talent.
