Goodwill NNE is seeking a high-energy Residential Program Coordinator for one of our homes in Oakland, Maine. This individual reports to the Program Manager and offers an excellent opportunity for a Direct Support Professional to learn and develop management skills. In addition to providing direct care to residents, working as a Residential Program Coordinator can support your long-term career goals in the rewarding Human Services field.
Hourly Rate : $20.20
Job Summary :
Assists the Residential Program Manager with operating a residential, deaf, or community program and participates in staff management, ensuring all service recipients' needs are met.
- Responds to urgent matters related to service recipients, employees, and the facility, in the absence of the Residential Program Manager.
- Assists in assuring the quality of the designated program about service recipient needs and satisfaction.
- Works to ensure that all necessary certifications for facility staff are current within agency policy.
- Proactively engages the residents while setting examples in expectations for the staff.
