Experience : Previous experience in laboratory settings, particularly with point-of-care testing. Certification : Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) is preferred. Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data management and laboratory information systems.
