Role Overview We are looking for a Learning Consultant (LC) to join our Channel & Partner Success Consulting Team .
In this role, you’ll help our client improve its partner readiness program by assessing capability and capacity.
You’ll work closely with partners to develop teams and skills that align with business goals.
As an LC, you will consult, guide, and develop strategic learning plans that directly support business objectives.
Success in this role requires more than just expertise in learning programs—it demands the ability to gain buy-in from senior business stakeholders and clearly demonstrate the impact of learning and development (L&D) on business performance.
You’ll work with partners to embed learning processes within their organizations, ensuring long-term adoption and effectiveness.
Additionally, you’ll provide ongoing support, track progress, and refine strategies based on business needs and data insights.
If you're a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and skilled consultant with a passion for aligning learning with business success, this role is for you.
While this role is primarily remote, candidates must be located in Colombia and have the legal right to work.
Key Responsibilities Assess partner learning needs and business objectives.
Advise partners on strategic learning plans and skills development.
Align learning initiatives with business goals and ROI.
Engage senior business stakeholders to gain buy-in.
Monitor learning progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
Analyze learning data to inform decisions.
Recommend improvements and present findings to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience as an L&D consultant or in a business-facing consulting role.
Must be fluent in English, Spanish and preferably also Portuguese.
Strong consulting mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to connect learning programs with business impact and ROI .
Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence.
Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
Understanding of cloud technology (or ability to learn quickly).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field ( required ).
Master’s degree or Cloud Digital Leader (CDL) certification is a plus.
Experience in channel sales, partner enablement, or pre-sales is highly preferred.
