Responsibilities
- Evaluate client business procedures and provide recommendations to improve product and business efficiencies
- Reengineer and implement business processes around the usage of software applications
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to design, implement and proactively manage a superior software experience for our clients.
- Host client-facing meetings to understand and document clients' business processes and configure applications based on business needs and accepted best practices
- Lead or facilitate configuration sprints, and identify opportunities for software enhancement
- Provide in-person and remote training for software applications to both new and existing customers.
- Create and maintain technical and business process documentation as business needs require
- Independently keep abreast of new functionality and learn new product modules, implementation methodologies, and court technology concepts.
- 5-20% travel is required
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time.
